It's hard to stop myself from criticizing personalities put on a pedestal for their work, when their work is inane, dull, obvious and only fulfills a void. It doesn't embellish or enhance or enrich the whole with original substance. It is just... necessary. timely. of course. a voice. It does no harm, and my priorities are better off bothering about things that are harmful. But still, eyeroll. The tedious and obvious is not the same as substance.
